Eden Brothers deployed a team of 5 to 8 guys on this school project.
This project consisted of remediation and fit out work of a school block at Green Acres Primary School. It included recladding and internal refurbishment upgrade to the classrooms, library and resource room.
The challenges we faced included variational work that were added when we found rotting wood and weathertightness issues upon opening up the walls. The Engineer would identify areas that needed remedying.
The great thing about this project is it finished not only within the timeframe allocated to the job, but the variational work was also completed within the timeframe of the expected completion. No extra time was needed to do the variations.
